Decent orthotic insoles, slow delivery
I bought some ortopedski ulošci from Otos. The quality of the insoles is quite good, they feel supportive and have definitely helped with my foot pain after a few weeks of use. However, the delivery took longer than I anticipated, almost 10 days to reach Zagreb. The communication about the delay wasn't great either, I had to reach out to customer service to track my order. Overall, a solid product, but they could really improve their shipping times and proactive updates.
